Conference and Seminar Facilitation
Continuing Education can host small conferences for organizations utilizing the Behrend campus resources and beautiful setting.
The facilities on the campus include technology classrooms, computer classrooms, science labs, meeting rooms, and auditoriums that can all be used for an event. A variety of audio visual equipment is available for use, as well.
Catering, from refreshments to banquets, is available through the excellent Penn State Behrend Housing and Food Service department.
In addition to providing rooms, equipment and refreshments, the Continuing Education staff will be happy to assist with other arrangements and aspects of the conference such as material preparation, registration, or review of evaluations.
If your program qualifies, it is possible for participants to receive Continuing Education Units (CEU's) from Penn State for conferences that are considered academic based.
